My career as a real estate agent started out early on in my life when I worked as a receptionist in my parents’ commercial real estate office in Dallas. Over time, I was given the opportunity to become the personal assistant to one of the owners, which became a defining moment in my life. It put me on the path to becoming a real estate agent in Texarkana, TX because I had to get my real estate license to take the position. I am proud to say I am your realtor Texarkana, TX.

Having my license allowed me to be more involved with my parents’ business. I loved working with the diverse background of clients and helping them find the house of their dreams or sell their home and cash in on their investments. 

As part of my job, I had the opportunity to become involved with the local business community and establish a network with other business owners. It was a fantastic way for me to understand the value of developing relationships, which has helped me to this day. 

Fast forward a few decades and here I am, a second-generation Real Estate Broker/Realtor. I am happily married and raising my family in Texarkana. It has been particularly important to me to keep my family involved in my working life, which is why it was not uncommon for me to bring my children with me to work when they were younger. 

I am now the co-owner of Texarkana Star Real Estate and continue to be involved in my community here in Texarkana TX. You can find me at local school meetings, church, and my local Realtor Board. I have had the opportunity to serve on the local Board Of Realtors Multiple Listing Service committee, Chair the By-Laws Committee, Chair the Multiple Listing Service, as well as serve as Director, Treasurer, Vice President, and President. These volunteer positions have helped me be more connected to the community and provide real estate services and resources to my clients, such as finding or listing homes for sale for a single-family.
